If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, may return the purchased product, without having used it for the next 14 calendar days from the date of reception.
The only required conditions about the product are:
- It must be unused.
- It must not have suffered any damage.
- It must be in its original package, as it has been sent.
For hygiene reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges of pearl thongs or bodies.
To request a refund only need to send an email to the address email@example.com with the following information: name, order number, model, size and color of the product to be returned and a slight explanation of the reasons for the return.
The customer service department will reply you within 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays, sending the return code and instructions on how to proceed. Fill out the return module listed under the package, placing in the specific space your return code.

Please note that the transport costs for shipping the product are at your expense (not refunded). Choose the desired method for sending. However, we recommend hiring a courier or postal service to allow monitoring or submit a receipt. If you want to change your product for another size or color or if the reason for the return was due to an own error (model/size/color or defective product), we will take over of the shipping cost for the replacement order. IMPORTANT: You can not return again items that have already been returned.
We will send you an email within 1-2 business days from reception of your return to our warehouse to confirm that it has been received and repaid (provided it meets the requirements of return).
Any refund will automatically be made to the payment method used to place the order. It may take 5-10 working days the amount appear in your account.
